Unicorn Stipling
Some of my solutions to whats the point were the unicorn, a dinosaur, pencils, shots, crabs, pinecones, and more. For whats the point i chose the unicorn. I chose to make a stipling of a unicorn because it has a sharp horn so its like pointy and stuff.I showed contrast in my work by making the unicorn have less dots so that it appears white, and the background swirls are darker and slowly get lighter so that the unicorn stands out. I decided to use pen and ink because i thought that it would helpt to make the unicorn stand out more if it was outlined in black and has a white body.I used stipling to create this work. I took some risks in this art project like doing it in pen, and stipling. Doing it in pen was a risk because, one i am left handed and i smear everything in pen, and two pen is permant so i cant just erase it like a pencil. Also stipling was a risk because I had never done it before this project and it was something totally new. The message that i am conveying is anything can be art. Even tiny little dots add up to something big in the end.

Cartoon interactment simba
I used simba when he was a baby as my cartoon because i could hold him up in the air like at the beginning of the movie. It consists of a picture of me holding my arms up so it looks like im holding simba, a picture of simba from the movie, and a backgroud of a cliff in the mountains. The parts that are overlapping are my fingers around simba's body, and him over my chest. I added complexity when i was taking the picture by making my hands overlap on him, and it shows higher level interaction by me holding him.
